Counting fish using Raspberry Pi camera and OpenCV-Python

cameraSetup.py - Allows you to set up camera and computer vision's parameters for counting fish, using Raspberry Pi and Pi camera. Execute the script in terminal by entering 'sudo python cameraSetup.py'. Several keyword arguments following the script name are available.
fishCounter.py - Allows you to perform auto fish counting and save data in SQLite database. Interval between counts and duration of recodring data are available using keyword argument commands.
