[Bug]: No Dragons Cave In Terralith

What happened?

I dont find any Dragons Cave at stage 4-5, is it not compatible??

Minecraft Version

1.20.1

Ice and Fire version

iceandfire-2.1.13-1.20.1-beta-2

Citadel version

Citadel 2.4.9

• I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
• I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue

it does work with mods and was explicitly tested with terralith

I remove terralith and i found dragon cave but when i put it back and create new world i cant dragon cave, i explore in spectate mode still cant find
