Bug slicing scaled STL's in 1.1.0 #1943

I just found a bug with scaling. I scaled an STL to 150%. Slic3r scaled it all right, but it didn't slice above the original height.

E.g.: I scaled a model with a z=124mm 150% to 186mm and the gcode only contained layers up to z=124, so on third of the model is missing in the G-code. (Rather frustrating, because it was a 7hr print and now I don't have enough filament left to do another run.)

I've verified this on Mac OS and Windows, with different models and settings. The problem only occurs in 1.1.0 and not in 1.0.0 Stable.

Please let me know if you have problems reproducing or any other questions.

Is this a duplicate of #1889 maybe?

Yes I think so.
