When I have a wall of 2mm Slic3r doesn't fill in the middle. The internal and external perimeters are laid down, but nothing is put between them so it is left with a cavity.

Here is what I mean:-

the outside circuit is the skirt and can be ignored, the inner two are the actual object and there is a near 1mm gap between them.

This is fixed as of 0.9.7.

Resolves compile error on Win XP / Win 7 with native toolchain MinGW32-w64 on perl 5.26 or Citrusperl 5.24.
