Error message debconf: delaying package configuration, since apt-utils is not installed #1

Thanks for the file.
It successfully built but I get the following error when I run docker build --tag alexwlchan/texlive ..

debconf: delaying package configuration, since apt-utils is not installed

Any idea?

A quick Google search for that error message turns up a similar issue, where somebody recommends adding this to the Dockerfile:

RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y --no-install-recommends apt-utils
