Installation Type: Docker
Have you tried using the latest docker image / code base: yes

Describe the bug
Currently there is no way to delete users

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Admin > Users
Try to delete user

Expected behavior
There should be a delete icon next to each user that allows an admin to remove users.
