HOTFIX: allow dist for npm builds

my build updated to use the dist build folder
the script calls yarn build
but .gitignore applies when .npmignore is not there
i already had dist/ built in my tests
this resolves

@Haroenv this is important asap, from what i can see the npm pack for 2.0.0 doesn't include an index.html
