Automatically restart replication every week #20

To get a downloads data that is always up to date, we need to restart the replication from seq=0 every month.

There should be ways on heroku to do that.

interesting, scheduler.heroku.com doesn't allow intervals of under a day, which is kind of weird. Maybe the feature is hidden.

EDIT: according to this stack overflow answer, most people check the date in their script, and let it run daily.

solution will better be without a separate scheduler but:

Without using at all heroku scheduler, we could:

  • store inside Algolia engine metadata about last automatic restart
  • when automatic time restart reached (setInterval checks it inside the same process but not the same loop)
  • stop replication process, set current seq in Algolia index to 0, exit with code 1
  • heroku will automatically restart the process, it will restart at seq 0

We should activate this only when a specific ENV variable is set (like PRODUCTION or something)

feat(process): redo bootstrap after X amount of time

fixes #20

In the 'watch' step, I get the state after each iteration, then if now - last time bootstrap was done is more than the time to redo the bootstrap, the settings

```js
stateManager.set({
  seq: 0,
  bootstrapDone: false,
});
```

are being set, which *should* make the bootstrap start over.
