I want links to transactions/assets/accounts/groups/blocks are consistent across the app

Technical Details

Acceptance Criteria

• If the links are shortened, for example, transaction Id, address. A tooltip containing the full text should be shown when the link is hovered over.
• Across the app, transaction ids, asset nos, account address, group, block are converted to link for easy navigation.
