取引所を指定するとき（t1 = 〜）、引数にAPIキーとSECRET以外に

取引パスワードを
password = 〜
で指定する必要があるようになったみたいです。

config.iniに
PASS = 〜
と取引パスワードを記入することで取引ができるよう実装しました。
