This repository contains the code for my personal website and blog.

This website would not have been possible without the work of ajlkn from html5up.net (used in landing page) and nodejh's great work on the hugo-theme-mini (used for the blog)

Getting started

System requirement

• Hugo >= 0.104

Clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/ali92hm/alihm.git && cd alihm

Development

To run the development serve run the following. The hugo server will watch for file changes and rebuild the artifacts.

make serve
# or just
make

If you want to see what the end website looks like locally you can run

make serve-dist

Building

To generate the build artifacts run

make build

Deployment

The generated static website in the dist folder can be served using any static file server. This includes Nginx, Apache, AWS s3, Azure Blob storage etc.
