Describe the bug

We found use-after-free bug for string-view in basic_e_loader in vineyard, which will affect loading graph from only efiles when the oid_t is std::string.

The issue has been fixed in vineyard, see v6d-io/v6d#475, this isse serves as a note for graphscope v0.7 release.
