Remove pegasus.server.num and use pegasus.hosts

• Add Pegasus hosts to groot charts and remove pegasus.server.num
• refactor command part in graphscope charts to reduce duplication
• Use configmap mount to serve as init scripts
• Bring Pegasus config to values.yaml
