目前partitionsNum，一个实例只能有一个配置。但很多业务场景会根据不同topic有不同的分区设置，以区分热点。

希望可以把partitionsNum设成根据topic来设置。或是先有一个总体默认值，再可以具体针对特定topic来配置。

虽然程序动态无法设置分区，但可以通过外部命令自行先建立静态topic和分区，再在canal配置中指定也好啊。
