[FEATURE]: PipelineEvent Add new sub type Profile

The profile is a common way to observe the target system, so I want to add a new sub-type called Profile to transfer profile data.

另外我目前对于PipelineGroupEvents 的设计也有一定的疑问, 刚刚我把ProfileID language 移动到了内层, 处于以下考虑:

1. v1 版本的aggregator 有数据的聚合打包公民, v2 版本目前未提供, 后续这个功能的完善会按什么设计思路呢, 因为有GroupInfo 的参与
