If you need to enable all ports to support tls, check that naocs actually supports 8848 and 9848, but 9849 and 7848 clusters do not support ports by default. Can you consider adding support for this?
My approach is to only use nacos2.3.2, turn off 7848, rewrite cluster service to start loading 9848 certificate.

Are you referring to the TLS communication support between Nacos clusters? Currently, there is a PR implementing this feature. Shall we discuss any issues related to it? #11549
