feat: update seata-server version to 1.8.0 #3513
Adapte seata 1.8.0.
Overview
In this PR, the seata-server version used before using spring boot to start is 1.5.0. In sca 2022.x, seata 1.8.0 is adapted. So I deleted seata-server and used spring boot to start the example, started using seata-server, registered it in nacos at startup, and completed service discovery. And updated the readme document.
