Scope

This PR is refactoring the bash scripts to work with the new stress test and the new refactoring in the layer 1 package. This PR is also removing some scripts that are not necessary anymore.

Why?

We should facilitate user experience and improve our local tests.

Blocked by #11 #34 (should be rebased after those PRs are merged)
