Today I've a question about the ASN.1 compiler and ASN.1 files you are using.

I've tried to compile the last specs from 3GPP v16.5.0 with this compiler https://github.com/mouse07410/asn1c but I've encountered many warnings and than I discover that many data types are not well defined in the .h and .c resulting files.

I've posted an issue here : mouse07410/asn1c#77

So can you provide some help by specifiying the version of asn1c you are using and the ASN.1 files please?

Hello @raoufkh

We are using my own fork of asn1c in UERANSIM project, and it's not released (it's closed-source at the moment).

And by the way, you can find the ASN.1 files in https://github.com/aligungr/UERANSIM/tree/master/tools, and we mainly use 3GPP v15.6.0 for specifications.

Unfortunately, I could not help you about ASN.1 compilation at the moment
