Simple definition

The forum app is a place where users can come and post cool stuff.

1. Users

   • Can post something.

   • Can view everything.

2. Moderators

   • Everything that users can do.

   • Flag things that are inappropriate.

   inappropriate - A list of curse words is maintained, can be hard coded or customized.
