fixed TTS and Twitter, now supporting two different Text to Voice eng…

…ines, voicerss.com and yakitome.com. Yakitome is free but there is a delay so VoiceRSS is setup by default (note voicerss has limited credits). Also cleaned up some code and removed old code and libraries that are no longer used.
