上传CPU高负载且结束上传后无法下降

Describe the bug / 问题描述

在任意存储下，直接将文件夹拖入上传的框内（不管上传方式为form还是stream），上传结束后，cpu负载（非服务器）仍然很高，且无法下降（观察了1分钟以上），刷新页面才能让cpu负载恢复正常，浏览器：chrome 114.0.5735.134（正式版本） （64 位）
