创建一个Task时，建议API返回task ID

创建一个Task(upload |copy | aria2_down | aria2_transfer | qbit_down | qbit_transfer )时，建议API返回task ID, 而不是一个提示词

个人建议返回

避免后面要返回额外字段的时候,需要额外添加接口

当然如果确保taskId对应的task都存在,可以通过 /task/get/{taskId}进一步获取信息

有2个难点：

1. /api/fs/copy等很多API都支持一个请求中提交多个文件，返回的ID如何组织数据结构。
2. 对于部分Task（如Copy Task），它的ID，并不唯一，有2个 一个是 ID描述“getting src object” 另一个ID描述"上传目标目录"

这样感觉这个需求就不太好做了：

如下面的例子，将/onedrive/手机壁纸/07c74fcc6c3642faacb1fe0d794caf9ez.jpg 复制到 /local/test_dir，产生了2个记录
