Better structure the data

The current approach throws all the resources into one big file with little structure, making filtering and sorting impossible and design changes collide with data changes.

I suggest to move the data out to a separate repository and then work with it in a machine-readable way. With this change, project maintainers can easily propose adding their projects and the data can be integrated in other projects, too.

I did start working on this but hope we can consolidate our work.
