Describe the bug

Cannot install pmdarima through pip with numpy version 1.26

To Reproduce

pip install pmdarima

Python version 3.12.0
numpy 1.26

Versions

Windows-11-10.0.22621-SP0
Python 3.12.0 (tags/v3.12.0:0fb18b0, Oct  2 2023, 13:03:39) [MSC v.1935 64 bit (AMD64)]

This is a duplicate of #560. It is because Python 3.12 is not yet supported. #561 added Python 3.12 support and we will publish as release soon.

Python 3.12 support has been released:
