git clone https://github.com/alloyproject/alloy-gui
cd alloy-gui
git submodule add -f https://github.com/alloyproject/alloy
cp CMakeLists_ubuntu.txt CMakeLists.txt
mkdir build ; cd build
cmake ..
make
./AlloyWallet
Install Homebrew from here: https://brew.sh/
mkdir homebrew && curl -L https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/tarball/master | tar xz --strip 1 -C homebrew
Open a Terminal and type:
brew install qt5
brew install cmake
Download a copy of the alloy-gui source:
cd /opt
git clone https://github.com/alloyproject/alloy-gui
Enter the alloy-gui directory:
cd alloy-gui
Download the latest alloycoin codebase:
git submodule add -f https://github.com/alloyproject/alloy
Use the correct CMake File
cp CMakeLists_Mac.txt CMakeLists.txt
Create a build directory and enter it:
mkdir build && cd build
Run the the cmake with your qt5 lib path:
/opt/homebrew/bin/cmake -DCMAKE_PREFIX_PATH:STRING='/opt/homebrew/opt/qt5/lib/cmake' ..
Run make to build the wallet:
make
Fix the Links
/opt/homebrew/opt/qt/bin/macdeployqt AlloyWallet.app/
When the build has finished, to copy the Alloy GUi app into your Application folder type:
cp -r AlloyWallet.app ~/Applications
You can now run the Alloy GUI from Finder. Make sure that alloyd is running in a terminal window else the GUI will crash on startup.
