v4l2_mjpeg_streamer

A very simple v4l2 application that does mjpeg streaming

I'm starting with part of the source code from Motion-3.2.12, taking from it only a small set that I need to make a simple mjpeg streamer from v4l2 input.

To run, $> make $> ./mjpeg_streamer

Connect to localhost:8081 with Firefox to see the mjpeg stream.
