   chart
      The act of identifying and annotating the landmarks in a sample

   charted
      A sample is considered charted when all relevant landmarks have been identified

   landmark
   landmarks
      as a feature that can be consistently located with fairly high precision
      across individuals; including morphological as well as molecular
      structures (e.g., gene expression patterns or protein signals).

   CCF
      An underlying reference map of organs, tissues, or cells that allows new
      individual samples to be mapped to determine the relative location of
