- make it work with newer nbconvert versions - make it accept a '--update true' option, to update notebooks in place
And start numbering them from 1, so that they make more sense when they end up in cell outputs sometimes
Makes notebook outputs more reproducible, which is useful when automatically running notebooks and comparing their results to former runs.
They sometimes fail for no reason on the CI too
