Italics/Bold/List should be toggle-able (Aloha v2.x) #1313

Right now the behaviour is a little odd. Toolbar buttons don't toggle any given style, but rather try to re-apply it.

For instance, clicking on a list multiple times produces a list within a list within a list.

Bold/Italic just tries to re-apply itself as well rather than toggling on/off. This is contrary to any other editor out there, and pretty confusing.
