Supplement of CONTRIBUTING.md

現在、Chrome版とFirefox版ではバージョンが異なります。
Chrome版はv0.4.0、Firefox版はv0.3.0です。詳細はIssue #45を御覧ください。
なお、developブランチはv0.4.0の開発を行い、develop_0.3ブランチでv0.3.0のbugfixなどを行います。

Currently, the Chrome and Firefox versions have different versions.
The Chrome version is v0.4.0 and the Firefox version is v0.3.0. Please see Issue #45 for details.
The develop branch will develop v0.4.0, and the develop_0.3 branch will work on v0.3.0 bugfixes, etc.
