<p class="introText">Mae'r wybodaeth ganlynol ond yn berthnasol i'r gwasanaethau cynghorydd budd-daliadau a Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith ar-lein a Phensiwn y Wladwriaeth ar-lein , a ddarperir gan yr Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau (DWP).</p>

<h2>Eich gwybodaeth</h2>
<h3>Cynghorydd budd-daliadau:</h3>
<ul>
<li>mae'r canlyniadau a roddir gan y cynghorydd budd-daliadau yn amcangyfrif o'r hyn y gallech ei gael</li>
<li>mae'r canlyniadau ond yn seiliedig ar eich atebion i gwestiynau'r cynghorydd budd-daliadau</li>
<li>nid yw'r cwestiynau a ofynnir gan y cynghorydd budd-daliadau a'r canlyniadau a roddir yn rhan o gais am unrhyw fudd-dal na chredyd treth</li>
<li>dim ond drwy gwblhau'r ffurflen gais briodol a'i hanfon i'r swyddfa sy'n delio â'r budd-dal neu'r credyd treth y gellir gwneud cais am fudd-dal neu gredydau treth, neu drwy ei chyflwyno ar-lein lle y bo'r gwasanaeth ar gael</li>
<li>ni chaiff yr atebion a roddwch eu defnyddio gan y DWP mewn unrhyw ffordd heblaw i'ch cynghori ar ba fudd-daliadau neu gredydau treth y gallai fod hawl gennych i'w cael</li>

<h3>Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith ar-lein:</h3>
<ul>
<li>ni fydd yn dweud wrthych a fu eich cais yn llwyddiannus</li>
<li>gall ddefnyddio'r wybodaeth a roddwyd gennych at ddibenion eraill sy'n ymwneud â gwaith y DWP - gellir rhoi peth gwybodaeth i gyrff eraill y llywodraeth fel y caniateir gan y gyfraith</li>
<li>bydd yn seiliedig ar y wybodaeth a roddwch - sicrhewch ei bod mor gyflawn a chywir â phosibl</li>
</ul>
<p>Nid yw copi o'ch ffurflen gais ar-lein am Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith yn ddogfen gyfreithiol ac mae er gwybodaeth i chi yn unig.</p>
<p>Eich cais am Lwfans Ceisio Gwaith ar-lein:</p>
<ul>
<li>efallai y bydd oedi os bydd gwybodaeth ar goll neu'n anghywir</li>
<li>fel arfer caiff ei ystyried o'r dyddiad y caiff ei gyflwyno ar-lein - bydd angen i chi fynd i gyfweliad o hyd cyn y caiff eich cais ei ystyried yn un 'a wnaed yn gywir' (mae hyn yn digwydd pan fyddwch yn llofnodi eich datganiad cwsmer yn eich Cyfweliad Ceisiwr Gwaith Newydd)</li>
</ul>

<h3>Pensiwn y Wladwriaeth ar-lein:</h3>
<ul>
<li>ni fydd yn deud wrthych os yw eich cais wedi bod yn llwyddiannus</li>

<p class="introText">The following information relates only to the Benefits adviser, Jobseeker’s Allowance online and State Pension online services, provided by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).</p>

<h2>Your information</h2>

<h3>Benefits adviser:</h3>
<ul>
<li>the results provided by the benefits adviser are an estimate of what you might get</li>
<li>the results are based only on your answers to benefits adviser questions</li>
<li>the questions asked by the benefits adviser and the results given do not form part of a claim to any benefit or tax credit</li>
<li>a claim for benefit or tax credits can only be made by completing the appropriate claim form and sending it to the office that deals with the benefit or tax credit, or where available by submitting it online</li>
<li>the answers you give will not be used by the DWP in any way other than to advise you what benefits and tax credits you may be entitled to</li>
</ul>

<h3>Jobseeker’s Allowance online:</h3>
<ul>
<li>will not tell you if your claim has been successful</li>
<li>may use the information you have provided for other purposes relating to the work of the DWP – some information may be given to other government bodies as permitted by law</li>
<li>will be based on the information you supply – please make sure that this is as complete and accurate as possible</li>
</ul>
<p>A copy of your Jobseeker’s Allowance online claim form is not a legal document and is for your information only.</p>
<p>Your online claim for Jobseeker’s Allowance:</p>
<ul>
<li>could be delayed if there is missing or incorrect information</li>
<li>is normally considered from the date it is submitted online – you still need to attend an interview before your claim is considered to be ‘properly made’ (this is when you sign your customer statement at your New Jobseeker’s Interview)</li>
</ul>

<h3>State Pension online:</h3>
<ul>

<li>will not tell you if your claim has been successful</li>
<li>may use the information you have provided for other purposes relating to the work of the DWP – some information may be given to other government bodies as permitted by law</li>
<li>will be based on the information you supply – please make sure that this is as complete and accurate as possible</li>
<li>could be delayed if there is missing or incorrect information</li>
</ul>
