    Automatically picks up JSDoc annotations and works with IntelliJ, WebStorm, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text (via the TypeScript plugin)

1. Adds module `NodeNext` for Node.js 16+
2. Adds resolveJsonModule for JSON autocomplete
