This does not add nor remove any gems. Summary of changes: - Remove comments - merge repeated groups - reorder gem declarations outside of any groups - the first batch is default Rails gems - the second group is gems we've added
We have no plans to use them. These were added by the rails generator.

Tidy up
Gemfileand remove unused gems. I believe we use all of the remaining gems.
