CodeIgniter is an Application Development Framework,The Framework is just configured for production purpose No need of reconfiguiring,simply create the controller all basic libraries and urls are loaded in this package and also htaccess file is also set for avoiding index.php from the core framework

PHP version 5.6 or newer is recommended.
It should work on 5.3.7 as well, but we strongly advise you NOT to run such old versions of PHP, because of potential security and performance issues, as well as missing features.
I had already done it for you ,simply use the package and thats the purpose of this package Enjoy Coding :) Please change Database username and Password according to your Credentials in you server. (Windows server Conf use another htaccess for linux server's)
