Windows tooltip showing alongside css tooltip #489

Describe the bug
When hovering above icons, the CSS tooltip shows but less than a second later, the tooltip from windows (I guess) is showing too.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Hover over an icon and wait

Expected behavior
Only the CSS tooltip shows.
