Create custom arrows for each slide

I want to create arrows for each slide since i have to repostiton them on resize of screen. The slide consists of an image which has min-width set.Here is the snap shot attached. Could it be done by disabbling arrows of plugin ?

I don't see any arrow in your screen,and yeah, of course you can change them.
Just overwrite the current CSS styles for them. Your problem is not related with fullpage.js but with your CSS knowledge.

If you don't know how to do it, I would recommend you to ask your CSS related question in another places such as http://stackoverflow.com/ in which they will help you much better.
