A Sublime Text 3 plugin to cmd + shift + click (OSX) or ctrl + shift + click (Linux and Windows) a partial path and open it.
Click To Partial has been approved on Package Control! 🎉 Search for "Click To Partial" and install.

Or manually create a folder named "click-to-partial" on your Packages folder and copy the content of this repo to it.
