artifact URL often become invalid. They are based on snapshots repos which is not ideal because you have to change them almost every time you use the tool.

Not all the artifact have a release version yet.
There may be an URL scheme that's not doomed to disappear but I think investigating usage of the maven plugin for ansible would be a better fix.
7426015 fixes what's possible to fix for now.
