All of the code corresponding to the publication titled: Using Google Health Trends to investigate COVID-19 incidence in Africa
The single file titled 'GHTcode1.R', located in the zipped file titled 'data and results final.zip', may be used along with all of the data provided to reproduce the figures in the publication.
Please follow the steps below to reproduce each figure:

Download or clone this repository to your computer and unzip the folders containing all of the data files

Each section in the 'GHTcode1.R' file has instructions on what files or data need to be used. Simply fill out the read.csv function with the correct directory and run the section of code
