Note book name with apostrophe causes errors.

Describe the bug
I had a notebook called "Jeff's Notebook" and it caused errors.

To Reproduce
Name a notebook with apostrophe (perhaps other special characters) and attempt to sync.

Expected behavior
Sync should proceed without error.

After renaming notebook without apostrophe, sync completed without error.

I cannot reproduce the issue. Do you mind to send me a sample Onenote notebook that can help me to reproduce the error ?
