Summary:

I would like to suggest an enhancement to our help page by adding a "Need Help" container that provides solutions to various topics. This will offer users quick access to essential information and resources.

Describe the solution you'd like

Proposed Solution:

Create a dedicated "Need Help" section on the help page that contains solutions for the following topics:

  1. Getting Started: Provide a step-by-step guide to help new users get acquainted with our platform.
  2. Billing Information: Explain how users can manage billing details, view invoices, and understand our pricing plans.
  3. Settings & Account Management: Offer insights into customizing the user experience and managing account preferences.
  4. Design Tips & Best Practices: Provide expert tips and recommendations to help users create visually appealing designs.
