This will send the current email and content being edited below by user.

By user choosing to send a test email the following will be occur

The test email will be sent to their email they had signed up
Pop up will occur stating "Congrats! Your test email has been sent to your account email address"
All test emails MUST have " [Test] " fixed before the subject
