External link no working in the TeX Live Utility Help

Go on the Help menu and choose the TeX Live Utility Help (here, an screenshot from a French system):

Click on the link "http://amaxwell.github.io/tlutility/":

Result: an error

The link is http//amaxwell.github.io/tlutility/ instead of http://amaxwell.github.io/tlutility/ (missing :).

I have not found the wrong line in the code (line 2857 and 2940 of https://github.com/amaxwell/tlutility/blob/master/HelpSource/TeX%20Live%20Utility%20Help.oo3/contents.xml don't have the error, and I hoped found it between lines 242 for <lit>TeX Live Utility Help</lit> and line 256 for <lit>Introduction</lit>).
