This removes
operator-kitin favor of manually managing the session so that I can run using the same channel and same worker pool across all the operators. Removesoperator-kitfrom creating the CRDs because they lacked more recent features.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
