I would like to ask you if there is a possibility of highlighting the search terms in the document. The article list in the query function shows the articles which contain the search term. I would like to check in which context the searchterm appears, therefore it would be useful to see the highlighted searchterms. A click on a specific article in the article list opens the document. Would it be possible to see the search term highlighted in the document? The hits in a different color then the rest of the text would be nice.

This is a good question and it should in theory be possible, as the search index has a highlighting function. Unfortunately, AmCAT at the moment does not know which query you used to 'find' the document.
I guess the real solution depends on storing queries (#17) but in the meantime it might be possible to store the query in the session. The questions is when to remove the session information again, although the shared projectview could delete it by default, or the http referer could be crosschecked to be the query screen.
