1.1.0: include_chapters and include_marginalia

This release focuses on supporting new features of the BibleSearch API v2.0, plus more error checking.

1. include_chapters allows chapter lists to be fetched with a list of books to speed up getting data for a basic Bible navigation page.
2. include_marginalia gets footnotes and crossreferences along with the text.
3. Version ID's now require a language prefix.
