A little late to the party, but any plans to fix this PR? |

Just cleaning up my pull requests. I've since switched to Linux because of issues like these so I won't be able to amend the PR. Someone else is free to pick it up. |

On Windows, forking fails because we can't run JS files directly. I applied the same patch as in optipng-stream-bin.
