Add # of devices that failed checks next to name of client and site

Add # of devices that failed checks next to name of client and site. For example, if the client name was "Bob's Burgers" and the site was "New York" and Bob had 1 of his 5 devices fail a check the screen would looks something like this:

Clients
->Bob's Burgers (1)

or

Clients
-> Bob's Burgers
->New York (1)
