When I try to upload sql file in live server it says access denied for user

you have an issue with MYSQL permissions or are not logging in with the right account.

If you have the mariadb or mysql database on the same server as the host, set the servername or hostname to "" , not localhost or 127.0.0.1, which ought to work but somehow get sent to the browser, which gets confused. This occurs 4 or 5 times in the php code.
